Our training program is a hybrid learning model with weekly on-demand training components and live group coaching. Your manager will have the ability to connect with other manager peers as well as have access to our coaches for 1 on 1 training, Q&A, and support throughout the 12 weeks. 
New managers join monthly and rotate through the different modules to suit their needs. Each coaching class consists of a small group of 15 or less to allow for maximum learning, connection, growth, and retention.

ABOUT OUR COACHES

Ramona Shaw

Ramona is a certified professional leadership coach and facilitator. Her mission is to develop confident, high-performing leaders and teams people love to work for. Through coaching and training she helps new and mid-level managers establish leadership behaviors, skills and habits to reach new levels of productivity and impact in their roles. 

After graduating with a Masters in Finance with cum laude distinction, Ramona entered the field of private equity and soon led key strategic projects and international teams in Switzerland and the United States for 10 years as a VP of Client Services at Partners Group, a renowned global private equity firm with over $94bn in assets under management.

She now specializes in designing and delivering coaching programs and workshops for new and mid-level leaders to strengthen their communication skills, expand their executive presence, increase their contribution to the organization, enhance productivity, and improve team engagement. 

Because of her international background and global work experience, she has a unique understanding of cross-cultural challenges and demands. In addition, as a mother to three young children, she knows the additional challenges parents have in integrating both professional and personal priorities.

Jessica Miller-Merrell
